trade secret auction

Hi everybody,

On January 8 2010, we are going to have a trade secret auction in
Laurel, MD. Below are the details:

Valencia Motel & Efficiencies(lobby)
10131 Washington Blvd N
Laurel, MD 2072
Start Time: 5:00 pm

Procedure:

1. First, a trade secret hint will be given to the audience. I would not
reveal any item details or how it will be made. For eg.-this equipment
will help you in presentation and also making animation movies. Now, I
will not
reveal out how that product is made or how it looks like. However, the
information I give you would be sufficient.

2. Then, after giving you the details of the product, I will give the
audience three minutes to bid and if nobody bids then, we will continue
with next product.

3. After the bid is over and there is a winner declared, he then, will get
in touch with organizer, Prabh Singh. We will then, arrange a meeting with
the each other either on same day or some other day to discuss the
payment, the trade secret you have bought and how you can protect your
trade secret in future endeavors. You might get more hints also. I will strictly advise the buyer to file for a patent after he/she buys the trade secret. If by chance, the patent
formation has a problem, then the buyer’s money will be returned by a patent search.
Documents will be prepared before sales.
